With the increasing demand for more flexible workspaces for diverse professionals working remotely, the House of Cocotte Hub offers modular concept space beautifully designed to inspire and empower. Unlike other membership-based coworking spaces, our rooms can be booked easily, from one time use to month-to-month and always all-inclusive.
How lovely life can be when one takes the time to share a meal and a moment!
Along with a common lounge area, The Hub features:
- Four private offices (each accommodates 1-2 people)
- Two creative studios (up to 8 people) with digital white screen and videoconferencing capabilities
- Videoconference room (up to 18 people) with two screens
- Podcast/livestream studio (up to 3 people) with editing station and top-quality microphones
- An agora with one 85-inch screen (up to 20 people)
- A sharing working space with USB C plug and additional screens
- 2,800-sq. ft. event gallery (up to 350) with two 85-inch screens, 8’x12’ stage, lighting and sound, that can be scaled for events such as corporate parties, cocktail mixers, workshops, conferences, classes (e.g., cooking, fitness, yoga), product launches, weddings and other private parties
Equipment
All furniture is custom made and includes USB C & B outlets. Everything is modular to adapt to people’s needs.
All rooms come with: high speed wifi, screens, paper board or digital paper board (VIBE Board), notepads and pens.
